Delivery & Returns
Our delivery time for our stock items is 7-10 days, however we often get them out quicker than that.
Bespoke made commissions are 2-4 week delivery depending on the scale and size.
We offer a 7 day return policy for all items in our range, but please note that this DOES NOT apply to handmade/bespoke items these cannot be returned.
We must be made aware of any damaged displays delivered by post within 48 hours of receiving goods. A photograph of damage is required.
To return an item, please send an email returns@sesonalstylingandevents.com notifying us of your wish to return the item, and the reason for the return. We will then confirm the address for the item to be returned to.
Returns at customers own cost.
Returns can take up to 14 days from us receiving your returned item for the refund to be processed and funds returned to your bank account. If you are waiting for a refund and it has not yet been 14 days since you returned the item, please wait for 14 days to pass before getting in touch. If it has been longer than 14 days, please send a reminder email to the returns@sesonalstylingandevents.com email address so we can investigate.
Displays can be collected from our workshop, please email for collection times and days.
Local delivery is available at a charge.

Some Items in our range are not made by ourselves, they are just lots of pretty things we know you’ll love, with a quality that's endorsed by ourselves. Therefore, items within this range cannot be altered or made bespoke.

Cancelling and Amending Orders
Orders can only be altered or cancelled up to 12hrs after ordering on bespoke made items only.
In stock shop items are not cancellable
Where is my order?
My order hasn’t arrived! We’re sorry that your order hasn’t been delivered yet. Firstly, check your estimated delivery date on your order confirmation to make sure when your order is due. Once you order is despatched, you will receive an email notification from a courier which will include tracking information.
